WAKABAR アカウント削除リクエスト
WAKABAR（wakabar）アプリのアカウントと、アカウントに紐づく個人データの削除を申請できます。 アプリを利用できない場合でも、このページから削除申請が可能です。
申請時に記載してください
- WAKABAR に登録したメールアドレス
- 表示名またはユーザーID（分かる場合）
- 削除したいアカウントであることを確認できる連絡先
パスワードや認証コードは送らないでください。本人確認のため、追加情報をお願いする場合があります。
アプリ内から削除する方法
- WAKABAR アプリを開きます。
- 設定画面を開きます。
- アカウント削除セクションから削除を申請します。
ログインできない、アプリを削除済み、または端末を変更済みの場合は、 このページのメールまたはフォームから削除申請してください。 削除済みアカウントの再開や、利用者への削除済みデータの復元は行いません。復旧用コピーは下記の方針に従って取り扱います。
削除されるデータ
- アカウント情報、Firebase Auth の認証情報、プロフィール情報
- 走行記録、位置情報、センサー情報、アクティビティ検知結果
- 通知、チャット、ユーザー投稿、フィードバック、報告データ
- プロフィール画像、チャット画像、その他アカウントに紐づく Storage ファイル
保持される場合があるデータ
本人確認を行い、通常のサービス提供に使用するアカウントと関連する個人データを、 削除申請の受付から30日以内に削除または匿名化します。本人確認の完了日を起点に期限を延長しません。
障害・事故からの復旧に備えたデータベースのバックアップには、削除前の情報が残る場合があります。 2026年9月13日の保持期間変更後に作成する日次バックアップは、作成日から最長30日間保持します。 通常データの削除までの期間を含めると、申請受付から最長60日間、コピーに情報が残る場合があります。
変更前のバックアップは、既存の復旧手段を失わないよう、作成日から最長98日間という当初の期限まで保持します。 この移行期間のコピーには申請受付から最長128日間、情報が残る場合があり、変更前のコピーの最終保持期限は2026年12月19日です。
復旧用コピーは障害・事故からの復旧に限って取り扱い、広告、分析、通常のサービス提供には使用しない運用方針とします。 復元先をサービスから隔離し、最新の削除申請記録と照合して削除を再適用します。 記録の完全性や再削除を確認できない場合は、復元先をサービスに戻しません。復旧を保証するものではありません。
削除した画像・音声などのファイルは、誤削除からの復旧用として、ファイルの削除後最長7日間残る場合があります。データベースの時点復旧用履歴にも、削除前の情報が削除後最長7日間残る場合があります。通常データの削除までの期間を含めると、いずれも申請受付から最長37日間となります。これらにも、前記の復旧用途限定、復元時の隔離と削除再適用の運用方針を適用します。
個人を識別できない匿名統計データ（危険箇所の集計、走行統計、安全対策の分析結果など）は、 サービス改善と安全対策のため、アカウント削除後も保持される場合があります。 法令による保存義務が確認された情報に限り、当該期間保持する場合があります。 復旧用バックアップに法令上の保存義務があると説明するものではありません。
削除完了の連絡に必要なメールアドレスなどの一時情報は、削除申請の受付から30日以内に整理します。削除済みデータが復元によって再び利用されることを防ぐため、ハッシュ化した識別子、受付・処理日時、処理結果・件数などの最小限の処理記録を、期限を定めて保存します。この記録は、個人との照合ができない匿名統計とは区別して扱います。記録自身の復旧用コピーを含め、今後作成するものは申請受付から最長90日、変更前のバックアップが残る移行期間は最長158日となる場合があります。復元時には最新の削除申請記録と照合し、必要な削除を再適用してからサービスを再開します。
削除後の取り扱い区分
- アカウント、認証情報、プロフィール、走行記録、通知、チャット、投稿、画像など、通常のサービスで使用する関連個人データは、申請受付から30日以内に削除または匿名化します。
- 復旧用データベースバックアップは作成日から30日間、変更前のコピーは当初の98日間が上限です。申請受付からの期間とは起点が異なります。
- 削除の再適用に必要な最小処理記録は匿名統計と区別し、その復旧用コピーも含め申請受付から最長90日、移行期間は最長158日とします。
- 個人を識別できない危険箇所集計、走行統計、安全分析結果は、サービス改善と安全対策のため匿名統計として保持される場合があります。

You can request deletion of your WAKABAR account and associated personal data from this page. If you can access the app, you can also delete your account from the app settings.
WAKABAR verifies your identity and deletes or anonymizes your account and associated personal data used in the live service within 30 days of receiving your deletion request. Identity verification does not restart this period. Daily database backups created after the retention change on September 13, 2026 are retained for up to 30 days from creation, which may be up to 60 days after receiving the request when the live-service deletion period is included. Older backups retain their original limit of 98 days from creation, potentially up to 128 days after receiving a request during the transition. The last older backup expires on December 19, 2026.
Our operating policy limits recovery copies to recovery from failures or incidents, excluding advertising, analytics and ordinary service use. Restored data is kept isolated while current deletion records are checked and deletions are reapplied. If the completeness of those records or the reapplication cannot be confirmed, the restored data is not returned to service. Backups do not guarantee recovery or reinstatement of deleted accounts. Anonymous aggregate safety statistics may be retained. Any legally required retention is limited to information for which an applicable obligation has been established; we do not claim that database backups are legally required.
Deleted files, such as images and audio, may remain recoverable for up to 7 days after the file is deleted, to protect against accidental deletion. Database point-in-time recovery history may also retain information from before deletion for up to 7 days after deletion. Including the time needed to delete ordinary service data, either type of copy may remain for up to 37 days after receipt of the request. The operating policy described above, limiting use to recovery and requiring isolation and reapplication of deletion when restoring, also applies to these copies.
Temporary information needed to send a deletion completion notice, such as an email address, is removed within 30 days after receipt of the deletion request. To prevent deleted information from returning to use after a restore, we retain minimal processing records for a limited period, including hashed identifiers, request and processing dates, outcomes and counts. These records are treated separately from statistics that cannot be linked to an individual. Including recovery copies of the records themselves, newly created records may remain for up to 90 days after receipt of the request, or up to 158 days during the transition while older backups remain. Before returning a restored system to service, we check it against the latest deletion request records and reapply necessary deletions.
